1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gojudi ("gojudi", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the gojudi website located at https://gojudi.biz and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots products.

By accessing the gojudi platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended gojudi account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. gojudi reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojudi login credentials. You agree to:

• Not share your gojudi username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your gojudi account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• Notify gojudi support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full liability for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, until you have notified gojudi of a breach in security.

gojudi employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and implements automatic session timeout on inactive accounts. However, gojudi accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security at your end, including but not limited to using shared devices or unsecured networks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gojudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: You may fund your gojudi account using the payment methods listed on the platform, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by gojudi's finance team. First-time withdrawals may be subject to KYC document verification.
• Processing Times: gojudi targets same-session processing for e-wallet withdrawals on verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• No Third-Party Transactions: You may only deposit and withdraw to and from payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.
• Currency: gojudi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All balances are maintained and settled in MYR.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gojudi may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all gojudi promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific Terms stated at the time of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. These specific Terms supplement and, where inconsistent, supersede these general Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in good standing only. gojudi reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• gojudi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies, matched betting, and pattern wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity may have bonuses voided and winnings confiscated.
• gojudi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on gojudi are subject to the specific game and betting rules available within the platform. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gojudi does not accept cancellation requests for settled or in-progress bets except in circumstances of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, gojudi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Manifest error includes but is not limited to obvious pricing mistakes and technical malfunctions.
• gojudi reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including without limitation in response to suspected irregular or professional wagering activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct when using the gojudi platform:

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the gojudi platform for financial gain or competitive advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information to gain unfair advantage in live dealer environments.
• Using the gojudi platform for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal purpose.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting gojudi support. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

gojudi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending or confirmed, without prior notice. Any funds in a suspended account associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and potential legal recovery proceedings.

8. Responsible Gaming

gojudi does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from error. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. gojudi will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gojudi platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, design elements, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of gojudi or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any gojudi intellectual property without prior written authorisation from gojudi.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute between you and gojudi, you agree to first contact gojudi's support team and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before escalating to any external body.

For formal complaints, gojudi operates an internal complaints procedure accessible via the support team. gojudi will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) business days.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any specific promotion terms and the gojudi Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gojudi with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
